I love Shiva's whole style and essence both as a teacher and as a human being.
Aside from being an amazing teacher of hatha yoga (prana vinyasa flow) as practiced on a yoga mat, she is an incredible role model for LIVNG the YOGA 24 / 7 in ALL aspects of our lives whether ON or OFF the yoga mat.  Isn't that what we're all really searching for?  The ability to live life fully in every moment and to completely embrace our lives for the remainder of our short visit here on planet earth?  As long as we're here on the planet (not necessarily by choice) why not maximize our potential to thrive, grow and evolve in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE?

Introducing Yoga Instructor Shiva Rea

I began taking yoga with Shiva Rea 4 years ago. She is an incredibly magnetic, charismatic, gifted teacher . . . . Words cannot express my appreciation for what she has taught me in the span of those 4 years. This video clip can be found on Google Videos by searching for Y Yoga, the name of the documentary. The actual documentary has not yet been released. The clip is about 7 minutes long . . . and the 7 minutes will just fly by. I love this video because it captures Shiva's essence very well.  I hope you enjoy it.
